Nuance was founded and diligently operated by Irina Glazounova for over a decade, with client bases in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.
In January 2025, C Russell Veach purchased the practice from Irina. C Russell earned a degree in Accounting, studied Lean Systems with industrial engineers at Toyota, and earned the Google Data Analytics Certificate. C Russell is currently completing the tax intensive through CPA Ontario.
Prior to purchasing Nuance, he worked largely as a controller. Russell has substantial experience working with non-profits, distributors, manufacturers, and professional services companies.
